To keep your wine order safe from potentially damaging winter temperatures,
we offer UPS Ground shipping to WA, CA, OR and AZ only during the winter months
(and these orders will be held in the case of extreme regional temperatures, as needed.)
Orders to CO, FL, GA, IA, IL, IN, ID, KS, LA, ME, MA, MI, MN, MS, MA, NV, NE, NM, NY, NC, ND, OH, PA, SC, TN, TX, VT, VA, DC, WI, and WY
will be shipped via UPS Next Day service. Club members receive a 50% discount on Next Day Service.
All orders are shipped via UPS Ground and delivered on regular business days, Monday-Friday. Most orders are processed the next business day. All orders are processed as quickly as possible, usually within 3 business days, with the occasional exceptions due to weather conditions. Armstrong Family Winery shares shipping costs with customers by offering discounted, flat-rate pricing wherever in the contiguous U.S. that we ship. In the event that a shipment must be received more quickly, please select a faster shipping option and email email@example.com to notify us of the timeline. Customers requesting UPS shipping service other than UPS Ground will be charged for the actual shipping cost.
Shipping times depend on distance from our winery. We do not offer International sales or shipping at this time. UPS cannot deliver wine to P.O. boxes, so PLEASE provide a physical address where someone 21 or older can sign for the wine. All packages containing alcohol must be signed for upon delivery by an adult (21 or older). UPS will not leave such packages on door steps, even if the recipient has requested this. UPS will attempt to deliver packages containing alcohol 3 times before sending it back to Armstrong Family Winery. For this reason, we recommend shipping to a business address where an adult is always on site, if possible.
In the case that a shipment is returned, Armstrong Family Winery is not responsible for additional shipping expenses and will pass on additional expenses to the customer.
Certain state laws regulate the number of cases of wine that can be shipped to a single person. If your order is affected by this type of law, we will contact you.
Extreme temperatures can damage wine, so in the event of extreme hot or cold weather, we hold shipments until the temperatures moderate. We do this to preserve the quality of our wines and ensure they arrive to you in premium condition.
Wine may be sold and delivered only to persons who are at least 21 years old. By placing your order, you represent to us that you are at least 21 years old and that the person to whom delivery will be made is at least 21 years old. When your wine is delivered, the person receiving delivery may be required to show identification proving that he or she is at least 21 years old. Wine will not be delivered to a visibly intoxicated person.
