3 things to keep in mind for a great wine shipping experience:
1. We can ship to:- AZ, CA, CO, FL, GA, IA, IL, IN, ID, KS, LA, ME, MA, MI, MN, MS, MA, NV, NE, NM, NY, NC, ND, OH, OR, PA, SC, TN, TX, VT, VA, DC, WA, WI, and WY.
2. To protect your wine from extreme temperatures, shipping service is as follows:
UPS Overnight - June 15-Sept 15 | Dec 1-Feb 28
UPS Ground - March 1-June 14 | Sept 16-Nov 30 (1-3 bottles $15, 4-6 bot $20, 7-12 bot $25)
3. An adult 21 or older must be available to sign for your wine upon delivery.
Please use a shipping address where an adult will be available, such as a business or UPS Store. (check with your local UPS store for their policies.)
We will replace or refund you for any bottle of wine that is damaged, flawed or that the customer finds unsatisfactory. We ask the customer return the unfinished portion of the original bottle for replacement. By law, we cannot accept returns of alcoholic beverages unless the product is corked, or flawed. We are also unable to accept return of wine that was damaged due to adverse weather conditions during shipment, or wine that is ordered in error. Please send an email to email@example.com to arrange for the return of corked or flawed product.
Once the wine is received we will refund your credit card account for the cost of the wine less shipping and handling. If the original shipment was damaged or flawed you will receive a full refund, including shipping and handling charges. Please contact the tasting room at 425-487-8000 for return instructions.
A 15% restocking fee will be applied to all canceled orders.
